Shipping policy

Orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print production partner. Shipping times typically vary based on order complexity and destination. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of purchase. Our books are shipped by the US Postal service media mail at a flat rate. Our photographic prints (prints only, matted prints, and framed prints) are shipped at a flat rate via a shipper such as the US Postal Service, UPS, or FedEx. Prints are carefully packed and placed in packaging to protect the prints during shipping. We ship using ground transportation in order to minimize cost to customers. When receiving one of our packages carefully remove the print. If you are using a framer, leaving the print in its original packaging until framing will minimize damage. Be sure to use archival materials for framing and matting for longevity. Avoid direct sun light, as it could damage your print and accelerate fading. With proper framing and care, your print should last several generations.
